Frequently asked questions.

 Fencing FAQs

  • Price per foot varies depending on job size and decreases with the size of the job. Larger jobs will have lower price per foot, while smaller jobs will have higher price per foot. We aim to be competitive in our market.

  • No! We do not use pre-built panels. All of our fencing material is commercial grade and assembled on site to suit your project’s needs.

  • Yes! We take care of demolition and disposal of your old fence when needed.

  • Once we get started, fences are typically completed in 1-2 days, however for larger or more detailed jobs installation can take up to a week.

  • Most side and rear yard fences are 6 ft; some cities allow up to 7–8 ft with conditions. We’ll confirm local code before installation.

  • Every situation varies. When posts are set in the ground concrete is required. However, we can also anchor to walls and in that case no concrete is needed. We are well prepared for each job, whatever your situation requires.

  • Mild soap and water (or a quick rinse) is usually all you need. Common glass cleaners like Windex or Simple Green can also be used. In the worst cases, for hard scuffs, lacquer thinner with an abrasive terry cloth towel can be used, but this should be done rarely and with caution and may require buffing as the lacquer can eat into the vinyl.

  • We’ll match required colors/heights and provide submittal documents as needed. However, the homeowner will need to provide updated HOA rules.

 Gate FAQs

  • We use powder coated stainless-steel hinges that can be adjusted over time to prevent sagging even in cases of hard use or ground movement.

  • Yes! Your panel profile, caps, color, and height can be matched or closely replicated.

  • We use self-closing hinges and self-latching hardware, mounted to meet local pool-barrier rules. We’ll verify your city/HOA standards. Typically, pool codes require a 5ft fence height and a gate no more than 4ft wide, opening outward from the pool area.

  • Yes! Our standard latches are two-way and allow for a padlock on either side of the gate. However, some prefer a keyed entry which we can accommodate. Keyed entry latches come in multiple styles.

 Patio Cover FAQs

  • Yes.

  • Depending on size, build time for most patio covers ranges from 3 to 5 days.

  • Yes. We patch and repair the wall before installation to prevent any possible water leak damage to your home.

  • Choose lattice for filtered light and airflow; solid for full shade and rain protection. Many homeowners choose a combination.

  • Yes. We can integrate electrical for ceiling fans, recessed lights, and heaters during the build.

  • A patio cover attached to the home benefits from the home being a great anchor point. Free standing patio covers require large footings necessary for their structural integrity. Free standing covers require proper anchoring to the ground to avoid damage in windy conditions.

  • Most fixed covers do. We’ll prepare drawings and pull permits where required. Pre-existing patio covers are often already permitted, and the work falls into a repair category.

  • Rinse periodically; use mild soap/water for any buildup. No repainting needed.
